Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Minutes Studio ("Service") uses the cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service to function. We also use marketing and analytics cookies, but only with your explicit consent; if you decline, those cookies are not loaded.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for sign-in, authentication, and security. Without them the Service would not function correctly. This category includes:
- Supabase Auth session cookies — Keep you signed in after login (
sb-access-token,sb-refresh-token). - Localization cookie — Remembers your preferred language (TR / EN / AR) via
NEXT_LOCALE. - CSRF / security cookies — Protect against abuse.
2.2 Marketing and Analytics Cookies
These cookies load only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie notice. If you decline, no marketing or analytics cookie is placed on your device and no network request is sent to these providers. Strictly necessary cookies (session, language, security) keep working regardless of your choice.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — Used to measure ad performance and to show our ads to relevant people. Cookie lifetime is up to 90 days.
- PostHog — Used to understand which features are being used and to improve the product. Data is processed on European Union servers. Cookie lifetime is up to 12 months.
Because checkout takes place on our payment provider's page, purchase information is sent to Meta from our server. Your email address and your account identifier are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) in that transmission; neither is shared in plain form. Hashing cannot be reversed: Meta cannot recover your email address or account identifier from these values, it can only match them against a hash in its own records. This transmission, too, happens only with your explicit consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the "Change cookie preferences" control in section 5. Measurement in your browser stops in every case, and the attribution record described below is deleted from your device. If you withdraw while you are signed in, your preference is also reported to our server and the server-side transmission stops. If you are signed out, that report cannot be sent; measurement in your browser still stops, but the server-side record is updated only after you sign in and state your preference again in the cookie notice. The _fbp and _fbc cookies Meta has already set remain on your device; you can delete them from your browser's cookie settings (section 5).
2.3 Browser Storage (localStorage)
Besides cookies, we keep two records in your browser's local storage. These records have no expiry date: unless stated otherwise below, they stay on your device until you or your browser clears the site data.
ms-cookie-consent-v2— Stores your cookie choice and the date you made it. It is strictly necessary; there is no other way to remember your preference.ms-attribution-v1— Stores the source that first brought you to the site (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, referrer, landing page and first-seen time). It is written only if you consented to marketing and analytics cookies, and it is deleted from your device when you withdraw that consent.
3. Retention
Session cookies are valid until you sign out or close your browser. Refresh-token cookies typically live between 7 and 30 days. The localization preference cookie may persist for up to one year.
4. Third-Party Cookies
When you are redirected to checkout via Lemon Squeezy, or connect Zoom or Microsoft Teams, those providers may set their own cookies. Those cookies are governed by their respective policies and are outside of Minutes Studio's control.
5. Managing Cookies
You can change your choice about marketing and analytics cookies at any time. The button below clears your stored choice and reopens the cookie preferences box; when consent is withdrawn, measurement in your browser stops and, if you are signed in, your preference is reported to our server as well (see section 2.2).
You can view, delete, or block cookies from your browser settings. After you withdraw consent, Meta's _fbp and _fbc cookies stay on your device; you can delete them using the steps in the links below. If you disable strictly necessary cookies you may not be able to sign in or use core features of the Service.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
