How does the credit system work?
1 credit = 1 minute of audio transcription. New accounts start with free credits. AI analysis is free for the first generation per meeting. You can purchase more credits from the dashboard.
How do I connect Zoom?
Go to the Integrations section in your Dashboard and click Connect. Once authorized, paste any Zoom meeting link to automatically import the recording.
What audio formats are supported?
We support MP3, M4A, WAV, WEBM, and OGG formats. Maximum file duration is 240 minutes.
How do I disconnect an integration?
Go to the Integrations tab and click Disconnect next to the service. This immediately revokes access.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual meetings from the meeting detail page. To delete all data and close your account, use the Danger Zone in your Profile settings or contact privacy@moskaisoft.com.
