Getting Started

Create an account

Sign up at minutes-studio.com/login.

Upload or connect

Upload an audio file or connect your Zoom / Teams account for automatic import.

Get results

The system transcribes and generates structured summaries, action items, risks, and a project workflow.

Zoom & Teams Integration

Connecting Accounts

  • Go to your Dashboard.
  • In the Integrations section, click Connect.
  • Authorize Minutes Studio in the consent screen.

Importing Recordings

  • Paste the Zoom or Teams meeting link into the Import box.
  • The system will download and transcribe the cloud recording automatically.

Audio Upload (Manual)

Supported Formats

  • MP3, M4A, WAV, WEBM, OGG, FLAC
  • Maximum file size: 500MB
  • Maximum duration: 240 minutes

Credits & Billing

  • 1 credit = 1 minute of audio transcription.
  • AI analysis is completely free on the first run per meeting.
  • Regenerating AI summaries consumes additional credits.
  • Credits never expire.
