Terms of Service

By accessing or using Minutes Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Minutes Studio is a meeting transcription and analysis platform. The Service allows you to upload audio recordings or import them via Zoom and Microsoft Teams integrations, and generates transcriptions, summaries, action items, and workflow outputs using AI.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• 1 credit = 1 minute of transcription.
• Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire.
• AI analysis (summary, action items, workflow) is included free for the first generation per meeting.

You agree not to upload content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights, or record meetings without consent where required by law.

You retain all rights to the content you upload. We do not claim ownership over your meeting recordings, transcriptions, or AI-generated outputs.
